Accurate Fuel Mixer

Uses 2 volume/turbo pumps to accurately combine Oxygen and Volatiles taking their temperature and pressure in to account. The usual fuel mixer doesn't do this and just mixes on volume, but the important thing for burning is the ratio​ of moles of each gas. This script does the calculations to adjust for this. When the existing fuel mix is not balanced, the script will boost the lowest gas to recover the ratio in the output mix before continuing to fill normally, it can do both in the same tick if the ratio is only slightly off. Dirty gasses can be used, i.e. Oxygen with Carbon Dioxide mixed in, or Volatiles with pollutant. the output fuel will burn just as well, albeit with the extra gasses passed in the waste. Any Oxygen in the Volatiles pipe or Volatiles in the Oxygen pipe are not currently accounted for and will cause the burn to be suboptimal. Different pumps on the different gasses can be used, e.g. a turbo pump on the volatiles and a volume pump on the O2. Has a couple of defines at the top of the script so you can set the maximum output fuel pressure and the minimum pressure for the input gases.
