Realistic (Safer) Atmospherics

Changes Pressure and Backpressure Regulators In real life, pressure regulators are reliable mechanical devices that do not require power. In the mod, regulators no longer need power to operate, and function more like one-way valves. They still respect your on/off setting, and you can still plug them into a data network to control them, in which case they will consume 5 watts. Their throughput is much higher than before, but can't generate a higher pressure on the output than the input. You will need a pump to generate a positive pressure differential. Pressure Differential Caps In real life, pushing gas from low to high pressure takes more work. By default, every device in Stationeers can pump infinite differentials for free, causing runaway pressures and pipe explosions unless controlled with electronics. This mod adds differential caps. Pump throughput falls off as the cap is approached, and stops completely when the cap is reached. Example: A volume pump has a 10 MPa cap. If the input is at 1 MPa, the pump's throughput will slowly fall off as the output approaches 10 MPa until it stops completely. It will still consume power normally.
