Satellite Dish Controller

Automatically tracks and interrogates traders of all sizes using a modified gradient descent algorithm. It will use its maximum power setting (7500W) during interrogation. It will draw 50W while reorienting and a variable amount while resolving signals (typically 750W). This script will not automatically call down traders, nor will it keep contacts visible in general to save power. You are recommended to place a separate vertically oriented dish for those purposes. Advanced usage This script will assume control of most writable data values of the dish, except for On and TargetPadIndex. It also reserves usage of the dish stack addresses 1-4. Two internal constants can be changed freely.
