Osarus's Automated Rocket Control

This code is for the new new rockets. ​What does this code help you with. 1. It automates flight, so when you select a destination it takes of without you having to start the engine 2. It automates handeling of both the scanner and also miner/storage, so if you are at a location and need 1 of them they will start auto, if they are in the rocket and sat on the D Screws. 3. If a Scanner or Miner/Storage is not found on the D Screws no error will happen as it just skips this part of the code. 4. There is a saftey feature for both low power and low fuel to return to Home Pos. Each rocket will need their own rocket launch pad for this however. Setup Name the Avionics / Engine / Scanner / Miner / Storage something easy to see. afterwards set them on the D screws. Name the Umbilical connecting's located in the tower the same both in the tower and in the IC, only to match that 1 Rocket. Smart feature for loading of fuel, the IC house state will be 1 if the rocket is home. so a smart activation of the loading of fuel can happen with a batch reader.
