Batch Centrifuge Control Dec 2023

Rocket update made it so centrifuges need to be shut down to export ores. This will automate that to multiple centrifuges. Currently set to cycle at 50 ores.​ The code is commented, you can change at what amount of ores that the system will cycle to empty centrifuges. Note that small numbers are inefficient given how long it takes to for a centrifuge to both spin up and shut down. No need to assign anything on the IC housing. Simply ensure your IC is on the same network as the centrifuges. This is my first piece of code I've posted. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or requests and I will see what I can do.
