Workshop Mod Load Order

Workshop Mod Load Order --- WARNING: This mod will not work unless you install BepInEx 5.x. If you are using StationeersMods then this functionality is already included with that mod. --- This mod fixes the fact that any mods that change recipes don't work. The reason is that Core is always loaded first, regardless of it's location in the Workshop order list. - Note that Workshop items are loaded in reverse: i.e. last item is loaded first. This is preserved. This means that a recipe must be under Core for it to properly replace a recipe in the core game. - Also any mod that changes a recipe in another mod must be put under the target mod. - Core now loads properly in the location it's present in the list.
