[ST]Titan - Arrakis Plain

This is based on RunProFun's Titan mod with a different Starter Kit. Pressure - 147 kPa Temperature - 93. 7K, -179 Celsius No ice (except water) No coal There are no weather events. Hint: Charcoal can be used as an alternative to coal. There are two starts one with insulated tanks and one with uninsulated tanks and no grow light. The uninsulated start has not been play tested.
