Rottie's Grow Light Automation

​Extremely simple ("bare bones") program to control grow lights and hydroponic stations (the all-in-one units that have built-in lights). The code uses the same concept as the batch writer chip, and will be able to control any number of Grow Lights or Hydroponic Stations on the same network that the data port of the housing can see. It's just a simple timer and will turn the lights on for 15 real-time minutes, turn them off for 5 real-time minutes and repeat. This is because plants now need darkness or you will over-stress them with too much light. 5 minutes of darkness seems to be about a good average for all the plants in the game so far (except mushrooms of course). Because this code is so simplified it can be used as a jumping-off point to do more with your chip, by manually loading additional code to the chip you can control multiple actions.
