More IC Commands

Adds 14 new IC Commands, including a batch slot read command. --- WARNING: This mod will not work unless you install BepInEx 5.x. Install instructions below. --- Support me on New Commands! Name Command Description load slot batch lsb r? device_hash slot slot_var batch_mode Loads slot var from all output network devices with provided type hash using the provide batch mode. Average (0), Sum (1), Minimum (2), Maximum (3). Can use either the word, or the number. count count r? device_hash Count the number of network devices with provided type hash. load from index lidx r? device_hash var index Loads the var from the network device, of provided type hash, at zero-based index. Register = Device. Device are sorted by name. Newly build devices of the same name may change order on reloading. set at index sidx device_hash var r? index Stores register value to var on the network device, of provided type hash, at zero-based index. Device.var = Register. Device are sorted by name. Newly build devices of the same name may change order on reloading. load slot from index lsidx r? device_hash slot slot_var index Loads the slot var from the network device, of provided type hash, at zero-based index. Newly build devices of the same name may change order on reloading. left shift lshift r? a b Shifts a left by b bits. right shift rshift r? a b Shifts a right by b bits. load binay mask lbm r? device_hash var Loads the var from each network device, of provided type hash, and sets the value of nth bit to 1 if the nth device var is non-zero. i.e. if lbm r0 HASH On sets r0=13 (1101 in binary) then that means the first, third, and fourth devices are on and the second device is off.
