Very Hard Start [Moon]

I have found that the game gives you way too much at the beginning, taking away from the survival experience and makes some items obsolete. This mod aims to correct that. (Moon tested only) I have redesignated the security printer to be an emergency printer. The idea being that you just crashed and the security printer was placed into emergency mode allowing you to craft things outside its normal configuration. This, however, comes at a premium (1. 5x cost and energy) as it is now printing things it was not designed to do. Not only that, but the printer was damaged so the autolathe will need even more minerals and time to construct.
