WT Solar Tracking V2

This version has changes related to the Station-EARS update released on 13-Jan-21. No Device Pin setup required. However, any Daylight Sensor on this network needs to be pointing up and connected to the north. Supports multiple solar panel models, including the new Solar Panel (Heavy) models. You can have any combination of solar panel models on this network and they will all be tracked. This version works on the Moon and Asteroid Belt worlds. However, the efficiency drops around noon while the solar panels' horizontal orientation shifts. See my WT Solar Tracking V3 for better tracking on these worlds. Tested on Mars but should work on any world where the solar angle is greater than 0 degrees. I'm having problems uploading a new version so here is the simple change. In the section that starts with #Vertical, find the line "sub angle 75 angle". Change 75 to 90. Delete (or comment) the line "div angle angle 1. 5". Confirm and Export.
