📋 About This Mod
Pumping the Waste Gas out of a Furnace in a Small Tank. Cooling it down to 30°C and then, pump it to the Filtration. What do u need? - Small Tank - Volumepump - IC Housing - IC10 Chip - Some Radiators Connections on the IC Housing: - d0 = Wastegastank - d1 = Volumepump between the Tank and the Filtration How its working and what do i have to connect to what? 1. Make a Pipe from your Furnace / Advanced Furnace to the Wastegas Tank. Put that Pipe outside and connect some Radiiators to it, to cool the Tank with the lower Temp in the Atmosphere. (If u have a normal furnace, u need a spare Volumepump to get the Gases out of it. The advanced Furnace have that inside.) 2. Connect a T-Junction between the Furnace and the Tank 3. On this Junction connect the Volumepump - flow to the Filtration Workflow: 1. Furnace will burn and make some hot Gases 2. Furnace will pump that out to the tank (Volumepump is closed) 3. IC10 will measuring the Temp and the Pressure of the Tank 4. If the Temp is below 30°C - the Volumepump will start pumping (The Temperature is changeable in the code - in Kelvin) 5. Volumepump will stop pumping, till the pressure is reached, that u put inside the code. ( 2KPa in the code, changeable) If the Volumepump is pumping and u put in some new hot Gases, the IC10 will check that and stops the Pump. So u dont get hot Gases inside your Filtration.
