Basic Tank Empty

Simple chip to automate removing pressure from something, such as a Tank or CanisterStorage (or anything that can report a pressure value and a device capable of pressure such as pump or vent). Modify DesiredPressure value to preference, which controls how much pressure to empty to. The device base itself uses this value as well to determine desired pressure, and can be set by another device if desired, such as a dial to alter the desired pressure. All devices use optional slots. This chip will support up to 3 pairs of gas storage devices and output devices. Any type of gas storage may be used, such as a Tank or a CanisterStorage wall unit (or even just a pipe with a device capable of returning a Pressure value). I use this generally as a simple yet flexible way to toggle my emergency vents on my storage tanks, and is a modified version of my Basic Tank Fill script, so if used for another purpose, adjust the IsCanister setting to 1 to calculate for other devices with a slot, or set the IsVent setting to 0 if not using a vent, and adjust the PumpRate setting to control the dial value on other devices. Device base stores and uses the desired pressure setting, and can be used elsewhere if desired.
