Basic Tank Fill

Simple chip to automate filling something with pressure, such as a Tank or CanisterStorage (or anything that can report a pressure value and a device capable of pressure such as pump). Modify DesiredPressure value to preference, which controls how much pressure to fill. The device base itself uses this value as well to determine desired pressure, and can be set by another device if desired. All devices use optional slots. This chip will support up to 3 pairs of gas storage devices and pumps. Any type of gas storage may be used, such as a Tank or a CanisterStorage wall unit (or even just a pipe with a device capable of returning a Pressure value). Device base stores and uses the desired pressure setting, and can be used elsewhere if desired.​
