A minimalistic solar tracker for up to 5 panels.​ Required hardware: 1 daylight sensor, facing upwards (rotation around vertical axis is corrected for) 1 to 5 solar panels (rotation is corrected for, but they must have the same rotation) 1 IC socket (All of these must be on the same data network, although I recommend powering the IC socket from its own power controller.) To setup: Enter number of panels as "PanelCount" Count daylight sensor rotations counterclockwise from cable pointing away from sunrise, multiply by 90, and enter that as "SensorAngle" Count solar panel rotations counterclockwise from power cable pointing right from sunrise, multiply by 90, and enter that as "PanelAngle" Ensure that all terminals are set according to aliases (ignore any extra panel terminals) Export and plug in! If you want to use this as-is: Use 5 solar panels Set your daylight sensor with cable pointing away from sunrise Set your panels with power cable pointing toward the sunrise
