Greenhouse Atmospherics v2

Tries to ensure the greenhouse maintains proper temperature and pressure. Import gas is CO2, filter is CO2x2. Unfiltered gas is removed from the greenhouse, while filtered is returned. Pressure is maintained between 100-102 kPa slowly filled from a 150kPa pressure regulator on pure CO2. Temperature is maintained between 18-29C and will not result in pulsing AC or Heater by allowing a 3C temperature change before shutoff. Everything but CO2 and O2 above 30% is labeled as waste gas, and will be filtered out of the greenhouse. This is done with a single filtration unit that has CO2 filters. If any gas is above the threshold the filtration unit will send all "unfiltered" gasses back to atmospherics, while returning "filtered" gasses to the room.
