  In which folder to place this file ?

  If you buy state of decay 2 through the xbox store, you can access the game on PC free and your save remotely via Microsoft’s “play anywhere”  feature in the store. The save will be shared across both platforms under you xbox or Microsoft account. Not sure about steam.
