Morale Tier:
Stable = No bonusDepress = -10 health
Miserable = -20 health and -25 plague resist
Hopeless = -45 health and -50 plague resist
Cheerful = +10 health
Empowered = +20 health and +50 plague resist
Enthusiastic = +45 health and +100 plague resist
