Feng's Morale Overhaul

Description

The base game's Morale Meter only provides benefits and penalties to:

- Facility action speed benefits.

- Build action speed benefits.

- Experience rate benefits.

Due to the way the mod was handled, facility and build action speed benefits show up twice to preserve their basegame benefits.

What's changed:

- Added health benefits and penalties dependent on each level.

- Added stamina benefits and penalties dependent on each level.

- Added plague resistance benefits and penalties dependent on each level.

What's removed:

- Facility action speed penalties.

- Build action speed penalties.

Unfortunately, due to perceivable limitations, the above 'removed effects' couldn't be transferred into the mod. They still exist (likely as code somewhere unrelated), but will not be presented in Morale Meter anymore. As of right now, there's no way to counter this.

Installation instructions

Preferably use a mod manager, such as Helios' Mod Manager, for better control over mods.

Requirements

No requirements other than adding it to the paks folder, or using a mod manager (not necessary, but useful).
