Replace skill/knowledge Electrical.
Now when you have a survivor in your settlement the fifth skill is electrics (specializations from Utilities), you have all the skill/knowledge.
include: Medicine Chemistry Gradening Computers Cooking Mechanics Craftsmanship Utilities and their specializations.
If you upgrade Electrical to level 7, you will also unlock level 7 effect from all the replace skills.
