This mod will allow you to upgrade Built-In facilities at certain homesites. (Breakdown Only).

This mod allows you to upgrade the Built-In facilities (Workshop, Storage, Infirmary, and Watchtower) at certain homesites. A beta feature has been added to allow a upgraded Built-In Workshop be downgraded to its basic variant so that it is possible to switch between Machine Shop and Munitions Shop (needs testing).
Install: Extract and drop into folder: .../State of Decay/Game/libs/class3. 1/rts
if no folder exists create one.
May conflict with other mods which modify the file: facilities.win.bmd May Conflict with other mods: Romero Mod
