This mod is a simply workaround that adds the black fever disease when a survivor is knocked down, simply check if your survivor gets pale after getting a zombie-made injury . Made with the help of various members of the Undead Labs Forums. All credits should go to tobu24 and QMJS
To install this mod, simply extract the rar to your State of Decay 3. 1 rts folder
(It has included with it some features of the Survive! Mod that i personally find awesome, credits to his author too!)
