Formerly known as TigerVenom22's Frosty Res/Chunk Importer

This add-on to the Frosty Editor improves the efficiency of the modding workflow by eliminating the need to manually import chunk and res files every time you modify your imported meshes. Running this app creates an instance of Frosty Editor and injects mesh importing functionalities. It automates the handling of chunk and res files output by the mesh converter application, FrostMeshy, making importing one or multiple meshes a one-click operation in Frosty Editor.

The latest update of Frosty Mesh Importer introduces FrosTxt, a utility for merging localization (UI text) files. Previously, it was only possible to play Battlefront 2 with the UI text-edits of one mod because Frosty Mod Manager can only apply one edited localization file. FrosTxt merges localization files from different mods into one file that can be applied by Frosty Mod Manager. It operates on localization chunk files which the author of a mod can choose to distribute. The localization files for all of my mods are available for download on their respective Nexus pages.

There's two separate download files made for different versions of the Frosty Editor. The "Frosty Mesh Importer" download is for the public version of Frosty Editor. The "Frosty Alpha Mesh Importer" download is for the Frosty Editor alpha. They are not interchangeable.

  Installation

  Install by placing "Frosty Mesh Importer.exe" and "FrosTxtCore.dll" in the same folder as your Frosty Editor installation.
