Stay Scoped - Zoomed when Overheating - Specialist

Highly trained and skilled soldiers, specialists keep their eye on the scope while reloading/overheating. 

This mod makes it so that you remain scoped while reloading/overheating as a specialist. You still cannot shoot while reloading/overheating, there is distortion due to the overheating VFX, and the reload/overheating animation shifts the camera a bit, so you can't really aim while overheating/reloading. Therefore, there isn’t any advantage you gain in multiplayer games with the mod; it's just for immersion purposes and more of an aesthetic choice.

Normally, without the mod, your camera would just pan out of the scope while reloading/overheating, then back in when you are done. In my opinion, this breaks from game immersion since skilled troops usually stay scoped while reloading to maintain situational awareness and get back into action quickly.
