Changes the Empire officer across all maps.
Changes Include:
Gets armor on Yavin 4, Endor, Mos Eisley, Kessel, Bespin (basically any map that isn't Death Star or Hoth)
Darkens the texture of the officer uniform on the Death Star
Restores the armor look on Hoth by replacing the outfit with the republic navy officer
CHANGES TO OTHERS:
Heavys are now clean on Mos Eisley
* Republic Navy Officer now has a gray torso and legs (but who uses them anyways)
