As the name suggests, this mod removes the out of bounds static noise. I'm surprised noone has made this mod before
All other sounds remain muffled in an underwater-like way like in vanilla, since I have no idea how to disable it, but it still sounds 1000 times better
This mod only changes the audio, for the grayscale effect removal I used this ScottMemelord's mod
