Turns Instant Action into a true offline Multiplayer substitute through the addition of new Maps/Gamemodes, Options & AI Improvements including fully playable versions of Galactic Assault, Capital Supremacy and Heroes Versus Villains.

New Gamemodes

Galactic Assault:

“Battle on a series of large team-oriented, objective-based maps. Visit iconic locations, pilot favourite vehicles, choose from among four trooper classes, call in special units, and become a hero.” - For the first time Galactic Assault is fully integrated into Instant Action with almost completely working AI. AI have been scripted to play a variety of objectives from this mode such as: Capturing command posts, planting and defusing bomb charges, holding down terminal inputs, firing at destructible objectives and picking up and firing ion disruptors at Walkers/MTTs. Unfortunately, due to limitations with the game engine, the AI cannot properly play as AT-TEs, so the objectives on Geonosis Galactic Assault have been updated to make a simplified version playable offline.

Capital Supremacy:

“Armies collide both on and above the battlefront in this objective-based tug-of-war. Ground forces must compete for control of command posts, determined to board the enemy's capital ship and destroy it from within.” - Also for the first time Capital Supremacy is playable in Instant Action. AI will help capture command posts, board transport ships and attack enemy capital ships with working logic & pathfinding across all maps. Original Trilogy maps are not supported since DICE never added capital ships to those maps due to EA cancelling support to work on Battlefield 2042.

Heroes Vs Villains:

“Pit STAR WARS' greatest characters against one another, as the Light Side and Dark Side collide!”

Strike:

“Join fast-paced, objective-driven skirmishes. Work with your squad to secure targets, sabotage defenses, and outmaneuver the enemy in intense close-quarters battles.”

Extraction:

“Escort a critical payload through hostile territory or stop the enemy in their tracks. Stay sharp, coordinate with your team, and fight to control the objective every step of the way.”

Cargo:

“Secure the enemy’s cargo and protect your own in high-stakes, capture-and-carry battles.”

Blast:

“Jump into all-out infantry combat in tight, fast-paced firefights. Rely on skill, speed, and teamwork to rack up eliminations and lead your squad to victory.”

Movie Battles:

“Play in custom Instant Action scenarios designed to simulate iconic battles from the STAR WARS movies.”
