Hutt Clan over Empire - Jabba - Gamorrean Guards - Skiff etc - Abandoned

I was originally working on a Hutt Clan overhaul which was going to include Jabba the Hutt, Bib Fortuna, Gamorrean Guards, Green Nikto per ROTJ, Weequay & Human guards all with offline abilities, a complete text overhaul going so far to include actual names of the actual Gamorreans who worked for Jabba (13 or so) and changing the stormtrooper names to randomly generated star wars names etc. Replaces X34 speeder with Skiff and adds it to Empire/Hutt Clan.

This is meant for OFFLINE ONLY play as it switches out a lot of the abilities.

Issues I never managed to figure out were Jabba's skeleton glitching out occasionally (jumping fixes this) and sometimes assets go invisible as it relied on heaping as well as mesh importing and the usual fixes for this were not working. Also the skiff only works in attack/defend on tattooine, supremacy on tattooine will crash.

I took out Bib Fortuna as I could not get him to look right.

There were a ton of gameplay tweaks to make it more realistic. For example removing the Gamorrean's ability to deflect blaster bolts, changing the FX on Jabba's middle ability to Noxious Cloud and giving him a melee attack etc. I don't remember all the tweaks I made but there are a lot and I guess you will see them if you try this mod out.

Please don't bother reporting bugs as I am not planning on finishing this. Needless to say there are clipping issues, things go invisible randomly and some things just plain were not finished and are half way done (For example I was in the process of replacing Kylo with Tessek the Quarren from ROTJ and started experimenting with bringing him into OT). Also I have not tested with any other mods, I recommend using it alone but feel free to try, just don't report conflicts to me please.
