i've never bee a user or fan of dark themes / dark mode in any software.

with the exception of DOS where that was it and is how it's always been.

tried dark mode on various softwares like affinity photo, photoshop,

mpc be, discord, uwp apps, windows 10/11, my phone and other things.

but always switch back to light themes as that's what i find comfortable.

pissed me off that the frosty programs only have a forced dark theme

so took it upon myself to change the dark theme to light.

tried a while back but wasn't really happy with the outcome.

now i've almost perfected it. 99%.

there is just an issue with mesh view where in the default viewport

the rendering will be all white, you have to switch to another view like

base colour to see the mesh.

because it's only been made to be viewable on the dark theme.....

for some reason the source code fails to compile the shaders so this one

thing is only issue i haven't been able to sort out.

i've investigated and although i can get all the .vso & .pso

in \Shaders\Bin

it fails to create a new shaders.bin

if anyone knows how to compile the shaders, leave a comment.

then this will be 100% complete.

apart from that everything is viewable and where you would expect it to be,

as this is just a modified theme.

the theme includes the edited xaml files and edited icons (changed from white to black)

just replace the files and compile the editor to see the new theme.

you will need visual studio 2019 or newer.
