Emperor Palpatine Gets Lightsabers

Unlimited powered Palps is here!  Adds lightsaber/lightsabers to Palpatine, includes custom abilites, animation options and better saber hilt!

Features (included in main mod file):

-Give Emperor Palps a lightsaber (uses Dooku's so any changes to sabers will also affect Dooku)

-Vader animtions for idle/walk/run/block

-Dooku animations for frontend/hero selection screen

-Kylo animations for combat

-Custom abilties

L: combined chain lightning and lightning stun

M: choke hold

R: spin attack

Also adds RETRIBUTION from Anakin as a 4th ability

-portrait replaced

Optional features (included in addon mod files, enable/load after main mod file):

-Single Saber with swapped saber hilt (uses one of General Grievous's saber meshes looks super similar to Palpy's ROTS saber)

-Dual Sabers with swapped saber hilt

-Replaced lightsaber UI icon in above 2 files

-Dual Sabers without swapped hilt from Dulana57 (use the Dooku red + red version)

-Combat animation swaps (Vader or Dooku)
