DLT19X Green Projectiles and Muzzle Flashes

Simple mod that replaces the projectiles and muzzle flashes of the DLT-19X from red to green. I felt that the game was too saturated with red projectiles with only three weapons having green, the Imperial sniper rifle in the 2005 game also had green projectiles so I wished to more closely match that if possible.

Affects gameplay files so use online at your own risk yada yada, should be safe though since the game isn't being updated anymore and every other gameplay file-affecting mod of the same type is safe.
