De-saturated Shore Troopers

This mod aims to completely remove the sand coloration from the shoretroopers, to make them more uniformed to standard stormtroopers, and to stay consistent with the standard stormtroopers, The Officer having Orange Markings to signify Commander units, and the Blue Markings to indicate Sharpshooter units

I wanted to change these skins to just all-white armor so that there could be some consistency, I honestly don't like the mixed trooper types on planets, so this would be a way to eliminate that problem
