DC-15 for TL-50 (Updated)

Imports/Replaces the TL-50 with the DC-15.

Pros:

Full swap - contains everything to make the TL-50 like the DC-15

Cons:

MP safety is questionable - USE ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK (stats aren't changed, but gameplay files are affected, might trigger fairfight)

So far nobody has been banned since I have been making these swaps, but sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry.
