Fixes the weapon FX for the DC-15A for the Iden replacer from Rapid's Crosshair 2024 mod
Adds the proper FX and UI changes like the DC-15A's muzzle flash, blaster bolt, sound, and Weapon SVG over Iden's main weapon. Load below/above Rapid's Crosshair 2024 mod in the List (default option) or Priority load order respectively.
