Clone Commando Crosshair and Heatbar changes

This mod changes the Clone Commando's circular crosshair to a dot-and-cross style crosshair, and moves the heatbar to the "below crosshair" position (though it does so regardless of whether or not this setting is enabled - the only way to move the heatbar to it's original position is uninstalling the mod).

There is an alternative mod that still moves the heatbar, but additionally replaces the crosshair with the Sentry crosshair.
