Chancellor Palpatine - Replaces Count Dooku with Chancellor Palpatine - Includes custom portrait, Ian McDiarmid voice lines, and custom abilities

I made this mod basically so I could defeat him and stop the Empire from ever taking over... Play as Mace Windu and best the Chancellor before Anakin shows up and makes all the wrong decisions or even better, duel him as Anakin and make all the right decisions haha!

His ability mod is perfect in IAO offline, fights just like in the movie announcing how he is the senate and then does that yell right before his spin attack...uses lightning and Kylo's frenzy attack making him move just like in Episode III

otherwise the ability mod is not mp safe

So help me out and defeat this guy as much as possible before he becomes a menace to the galaxy and stay tuned for more mods!
