Bo Katan and Pre Vizsla Abilities Fixes

Meant as a fix or nerf to Pianoboy1764's mods for Bo Katan and Pre Vizla abilities. The jetpack from his mods for some reason have absolutely no cooldown and insane distance. I don't know if that was intentional or not, but i plan to use these mods for Kyber online without feeling overpowered.

- Now the jetpack cooldown is 12 seconds for both character ability mods.

KYLO REN

- Lowered Kylo Ren's health pool to 600 max health.

- Lowered Kylo Ren's health regen from 250 to 200.

LEIA ORGANA

- Lowered Leia's health pool to 600 max health.

These changes to Kylo and Leia were made because they are the replacers for these characters.

- If you are using the Pre Vizsla abilities mod with blocking, I edited the stamina values for Kylo Ren so that he would still be able to block lightsaber attacks, but he will not be able to block blaster deflections just like General Grievous. Makes him very lore accurate and not overpowered. THIS IS A SEPARATE FILE, because the change unfortunately negatively affect some heroes in mod packs such as BF+ and Expanded.
