Blue Specialist Droid

Now updated for Geonosis droid specialist too.

Changes the colours of the specialist droid from red to blue.

Also slightly rearranges colour pattern to resemble a droid pilot.

I came to the idea after having used the Heavy Security Droids mod.

Using that mod has the result of having two droid classes with red patterns,

so I changed the specialist to blue to make up for that :)
