Overhauls the Empire to look like they did around the time of Rogue One and ANH
Changes to Stormtroopers:
-Added the helmet from Jedi: Fallen Order
-Altered Armor Proportions
-Added the Arms/Hands from the Scarif Trooper
-Clean Textures
Changes to Officers
-Default Officer is now a Stormtrooper Commander
-Death Star Officer now has a light green outfit
-Hoth Officer has remained unaltered
Changes to Jumptrooper:
-Made to look like a generic Stormtrooper (I might do more work on this class later, but for now they're left plain)
