Voice Mod - Original Dance Instructor VO Replacer

This year, the male Dance Instructor was removed from the 2022 Risian Lohlunat festival and his female counterpart's VO was replaced by an unknown actor. This original actress was a former Cryptic Studios employee, zeroniusrex. This mod replaces the new VO with what came before.

What this mod does:

• []Replaces the Dance Instructor's dance call outs, as well as the "event start" and "event end" quips with their original versions

What this mod will not do:

  • []Restore the male Dance instructor's voice lines or random appearance. This instructor appears to have been purposefully disabled by Cryptic.

[]Replace any of the Dance instructor's expository lines, heard when interacting with the dance instructor normally, which are all newly recorded for this event. This VO did not exist prior to the 2022 Lohlunat Festival.

[]Add a line for the Chu Chu Dance! random task - this is something Cryptic must do themselves

This mod will be updated as the event goes on, and if any further edits to the summer event are made.

    Installation / Uninstallation:

    • Unpack the . 7z file and place the "sound" folder in your game's "localdata" folder. It should look like this: "\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata". To revert this mod, delete the "Voice_Summer_Event_2017.fsb" file.
