STO Improved Spore Jump

In the file that holds the spore jump sounds, there's 2 sounds that seem to go unused, so I mixed one into the jump sound which add the more of a fungal punch that's missing originally.

Version 2 includes another detail of the sound in the show, the sped up "whoop whoop whoop" as well as removing a left over sound for a torpedo from one of my other mods.

Put into: (Drive the game is on):\Program Files (x86)\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata\sound\win32
