Roundabout Enhanced

Description

Small mod to make the roundabout useful. Since the rail junction uses its own speed instead regardless of what rails you connect to it, this is the only way i found to make them work like other junctions.

In addition it removes the stability cost on it for easier building.

BACK UP YOUR SAVES before trying out new mods! I take no responsibility on lost saves or progress, but it is tried and tested on my own game and saves.

Known issues

Roundabout does not seem to be able to "merge lanes" as well as other junctions, but the speed helps on this. One rail might stop for a while if it can't find space to for items to enter. So far I have only seen it with heavily modded extra speed on t3 rails, or with slow exit lanes clogging up the roundabout. I'm unsure if tis is working as intended or not in the game itself.

Installation instructions

Manually unzip pac/utoc/ucas files from zip file into steamapps\common\StarRupture\StarRupture\Content\Paks\

If you have other mods editing the roundabout files, rename the 3 files by adding zzzz in the start of the filenames, or anything else that makes this mod come after the other alphabetically.

Or use Vortex f.ex.
