Less Fall Damage

Forgiving Fall Damage & Expanded Velocity Logic

Designed specifically to mitigate "Sudden Death" issues on Dedicated Servers.

If you play on a dedicated server, you might have experienced dying instantly from a short fall due to server desync or lag spikes.

This happens because the server miscalculates your falling velocity during a lag spike, triggering the "Instant Kill" threshold.

This mod rebalances the fall damage curve to be much more forgiving and expands the maximum velocity limit.

What has changed?

I have significantly reduced the fall damage and expanded the calculation range to handle higher velocity spikes without killing the player.

• []Expanded Velocity Threshold:

  []Vanilla (Original): Max velocity 3500 = 200 Damage (Instant Death).

  []Modded: The curve has been extended to 4500.

  []Added new calculation stages for 4000 and 4500 velocity.

• Now, Instant Death (200 Damage) only happens at 4500+ velocity.
