-Sets the Hand Scanner Map Marker range to 3000 m

-Sets the Hand Scanner Baseline Scan Range to 500 m

-Sets the Hand Scanner Social Range to 100 m

-Reduces the Flora and Fauna baseline scan count down to 4 instead of 8
