Steam Points Shop Profile Background Main Menu Replacer

DESCRIPTION

The Steam points shop for Starfield includes this nice, simple animated profile background. I've just converted it to the correct format for Starfield to use as a main menu video replacement.

I personally prefer it horizontally mirrored so the MOTD isn't in front of the planet and the menu isn't in front of the ship, so I've included that as well, see the Optional directory in the archive.

By request I've added an AI upscaled 4K version and ultrawide versions, see optional files. I've also added a slightly zoomed version for better menu and logo clarity, see images for details.

INSTRUCTIONS

You will need to place the MainMenuLoop.bk2 file in your Starfield\Data\Video directory. That's the Data folder in your Starfield installation folder, where Starfield.exe is, not the Data folder in your Documents\My Games directory like with most other mods.

As with all Starfield mods at the moment, you'll probably need a StarfieldCustom.ini to enable loose file loading.

Ultrawide 21:9 versions were not previously working correctly and displayed as pillarboxed on ultrawide displays, but they have now been reported as working if you use the Native Ultrawide Menus mod.
