in vanilla even if you have enough smuggling skill and scan jamming to add up to 100% chance to evade you still only have 90%! this mod changes that, you can now reach 100% evade chance.
to be clear this mod does not increase your chance to evade, you still need to earn those smuggling skills and build scan jammers on your ship... this just removes the 90% evade cap.
