Shattered Space No Auto Start

Description

The Shattered Space DLC normally starts after completing "One Small Step" and jumping to a star system with no current quests, however the recommended level is 35 so it could sit in your mission log for a long time. This mod fixes that by allowing you to start the DLC whenever you want.

Pick up the "Unknown Distress Call" audio slate on Agent Plato's desk at MAST(Aegis) in New Atlantis. When you pick it up, it will auto play but the DLC will not start at that time, so you can carry it around with you and start it any time you like.

When you are ready to start the DLC, select the audio slate from your inventory and then listen to it again. Afterwards, jump to pretty much any star system to find the Oracle and have the mission added to your log.

Compatibility

Compatible with Mission Control. Just make sure that Shattered Space No Auto Start is loaded AFTER Mission Control.

Not compatible with any other mod that delays Shattered Space.

Other Ways to Start:

If you prefer using player level to start, try my other mod Shattered Space Delayed which includes a "Delay Indefinitely" option. Or if you prefer to delay the DLC until a certain point in the main quest line, try paulbrock's mod Not Yet Shattered Space. And finally, there is Shattered Space Delayed Start by Solshura, which uses player level but it does not have a Delay Indefinitely option. So just choose whichever option you like. They are not compatible with each other so you must choose one.
