What this mod does:
I always found the outfits of Matteo and Keeper Aquilus a bit goofy looking. So I changed them for my own personal taste.Also there are several different "scholars" Keeper Aquilus talks to in front of the Sanctum Universum building who just wear regular clothing. Since they have the Sanctum Universum keyword, I liked the idea of having them wear kind of the same scholar clothing.
There is also a priestess in the Sanctum Universum building in Akila that wears a business suit in vanilla Starfield. I gave her the female version of Keeper Aquilus clothes, too.
If you know or find any other NPC associated with the Sanctum Universum faction who doesn't wear the clothing added by this mod, feel free to let me know so I can change their outfits, too and keep things consistent.
