Small edit so that Manipulation perk you get from Sabotage quest now advances Social perk tree.
Description
Manipulation perk you get from Ryujin questline doesn't count towards spent perk points in Social tree. I don't like that because Ship Command is behind these less interesting perks. This makes the reward from Sabotage quest now slightly better, so you now have to waste one less perk point to get to Ship Command. You could argue that this is how it should've always been. Works retroactively and should be compatible with everything.
