Rosie Tannehill given a couple more perks to make her a little more fun to take on adventures.
I had to restart recently and decided to continue reperking companions. This is Rosie. I couldn't upgrade her base perks cuz that's all there is for those two. I added a couple to make her slightly more useful on adventures. (If any companion is useful on adventures, it's debatable.)
As always comments and suggestions are welcome. If you'd like to see alternate versions of these perks, or another character entirely reperked, feel free to let me know.
